  Not great first impression ....firstly when we arrived we were just stood waiting as there were no staff in sight ..but we did get seated eventually although it was very quiet ....menu looks good with good variety and good kids menu....starters were ok but they forgot one starter as the "chef forgot to cook it " but as there were still no staff in sight it took ages to sort it ....mains came quickest....fish and chips were not great ...batter was chewy and the fish was very wet ....burger very over cooked and lasagne was lacking any sort of meat ...kids food was ok and excellent value for money ....that said the food was very poor but the staff that eventually appeared were polite although no one ever checked to see if our food was ok or if we needed anymore drinks etc so service was lacking
